Worship
is a recognition of, and a response to the worth of God. When we value
the worth of someone we usually do something to demonstrate their worth.
Psalm 96:8 says, "Ascribe to the LORD the glory due his name; bring
an offering and come into his courts." This passage suggests that
those who value God are the one bringing offerings!

Prayer
Worship involves two-way
communication between God and people. God speaks to us and we respond
by speaking to him. |
God's
Word
The basic reason for
Christians to praise and worship God is what He has done through
Jesus; He has set us free from the condemnation of sin. The life
of a Christian is a celebration of what God has done for us by releasing
us from our debt to Him. When this fact is the focus in our lives,
everything we do will be a worshipful act. |

Music
Music is important in
the life of the believer personally and collectively in the church.
The type of music heard at Richland Nazarene Church is deliberate
and by design. Our music is meant to bring praise to the Lord Jesus
Christ. |
Multimedia
Multimedia incorporates several elements of communication: text,
graphics, animation, sound, and video. We attempt to use these elements
to enhance the total worship experience and give new freedom to
the worshipper. While using multimedia in worship may be considered
"pioneering" by some and "radical" by others,
it is not just a fad. |

Drama
Ministry Believers
and seekers alike come into churches all over the world, week after
week, year after year, wearing smile but with their defenses up,
pretending life is better than it is. However, drama that creates
identification can break through those defenses. Drama stirs our
memories, probes our psyches, exposes our pain and allows us to
connect with Jesus and each other.
