Sunday School
We are a Christian people. We believe that Jesus Christ is Lord. We believe that the Holy Scriptures were given by divine inspiration inerrantly revealing the will of God. We look to Scripture as the primary source of spiritual truth confirmed by reason, tradition, and experience. Sunday School is a great place to teach the vital importance of Scripture to our children, teens, and adults and to disciple them in their Christian walk. Sunday School remains one of the church's most powerful ways to affirm the Word of God as the foundation for living the Christian life.

We are a Holiness people. Sunday School is the place where disciples of all ages can be taught and grow in holiness, enter into the experience, and be guided in their process of becoming more like Jesus through regular Bible study and personal spiritual accountability.

We are a missional people. Our mission is to go and make disciples. The goal of Sunday School ministries is to reach lost people for Jesus. Through the Sunday School, we challenge all ages to be disciples of Jesus Christ and to invite others to do the same. Sunday School is the place where we help each other live the holy life through mutual support, Christian fellowship, and loving accountability. John Wesley said, "God has given us to each other to strengthen each other's hands."

We believe that Sunday School is the place to discover what it means to be Christian, holiness people who are on a global mission to reach and disciple people of all ages.

Senior Adult Ministry
Through Adult Ministries, Richland Church of the Nazarene is actively responding to the large and growing group of maturing adults within the church's community we serve. The overarching purpose of our focus is on the salvation and spiritual nurture, growth, and continued service of this group within the context of each local church. Mature adults are vitally important to our church. They represent an enormous wealth of resources vital to the ongoing health and growth of our local churches.

Richland Church of the Nazarene recognizes the tremendous contribution mature adults in many local congregations have already made during their lifetime. Further, Adult Ministries emphasizes the significant ministry potential that still resides within this group as we minister to, through, and with mature adults throughout our denomination.

Friendship Groups
Friendship groups are a time of getting into God’s Word and learning His truth’s. They are also a time to praise and worship God, fellowship with one another, encourage each other in Christ and pray for each other. The bonds that are formed in these groups are long lasting and special.
