Core values are MORE than value statements. They are vital because they determine direction for the church, dictate and explain why a church does what it does, and form the basis for every decision we make. (see Acts 2:21-27)

• PRAYER-We believe Prayer is the GREATER work (see Luke 10:2, 1 Kings 18:1, James 5:16)
• GOD'S WORD-We believe in the transforming power of God's Word (see 2 Tim 3:16, Heb 4:12-13)
• EVANGELISM-We believe lost and broken people matter to God & therefore matter to us (see Luke 15)
• SPIRITUAL GROWTH-We believe accountable growth happens best in holistic small groups (see Acts 2:42-47, 4:1)
• LOVING RELATIONSHIPS-We believe loving relationships should permeate every aspect of church life (see John 13:34-35, Acts 4:32-35, 1 John 4:7-12, 1 Cor 13:1-13, Rom 12:13
• DISCIPLESHIP-We believe the church should equip, support, motivate, and mentor individuals to become all God wants them to be (see Eph 4:12, Matt 5, & 28:19)
• NEEDS CENTERED-We believe a maximized spiritual harvest is achieved when needs influence structure and programming (see Acts 6:1-7, Psalm 23)
• EXCELLENCE-We believe excellence honors God & inspires people (see Col 3:23, 1 Cor 12:31, Psalm 8, Rom 12:1-2)
• RELEVANCE-We believe the church should be culturally relevant while remaining doctrinally pure (see 1 Cor 9:22, Acts 10)
• WORSHIP-We believe worship, in its many forms should become a way of life (see John 4:24, Rom 12:1)
